✦ On clicking the “Project list” option on the sidebar, the “Projects” page appears.

✦ On the “Projects” page, the user can see the projects getting set up, existing projects’ details, and the hiring status of candidates.

✦ On each project, the user can see the hiring status count such as “Candidate count,” “Candidate contacted, and “Interested/needs outreach.”

✦ The user can mark projects as their favorite by clicking on the star icon on each project. Then, the pop-up message “Favorite updated successfully” appears.

✦ Also, the user can see the project owner and project associates.

✦ The user can search project on the “Search” tab by typing the project's name.

✦ On clicking the filter button, the “Project list filter” pop-up page appears.

✦ The filter options available are as follows:

Status – On clicking the “Select Status” drop-down, the user can select the project status from the listed options such as “Active,” “Closed,” “On Hold,” and “Archive.”

Location – The user can select the listed options by clicking the “Select Location” drop-down.

Project type – On clicking the “Select type” drop-down, the user can select the desired project type from the options listed, such as “Full-time,” “Part-time,” “Contract,” Temporary,” and “Other.”

Created – On clicking the “Select created” drop-down, the user can select a desired option from the options listed, such as “Last 24 hours,” “Last 7 days,” “Last 30 days,” Last 8 weeks,” and “Last 12 months.”

Last Updated – On clicking the “Select updated” drop-down, the user can select a desired option from the options listed, such as “Last 24 hours,” “Last 7 days,” “Last 30 days,” Last 8 weeks,” and “Last 12 months.”

✦ To show favorite projects, click the checkbox “Show favorites.”

✦ After selecting the filters, the user can click the “Apply” button to apply the chosen options.

✦ Click the “Clear all fields” button to clear the filters selected.
